Although we will be moving in the old equipment from our current environments, we are raising the funds to purchase the following equipment need to produce up to 10,000 meals each day.:

One 8 burner range - $12,688
Two walk-in cold rooms (20 x 18) - $183,000
Two walk-in freezers - (20x18) $263,000
One ice maker - $3,400
36-foot type 1A hood - $126,000
A Hobart chemical free conveyor belt dishwasher - $69,963
Non-slip floor - $54,000
Shelving for refrigerated rooms and walk in freezers,
Shelving for warehouse dry-good storage
Sinks, toilets, lockers, grease trap and the list goes on!
And then there is the over-all remodel of trenching water lines, building walls, upgrading the electrical panels, roof exhaust hoods, fire suppression system, anti-bacterial walls, etc... - $1.5 million.
